As you arrive at the security gate of Terrace Ridge, you have your own code to this gate, which provides a sense of safety and security for all of its residents. Once inside, you'll notice the beautifully landscaped lawns, the community pool and spa, the clubhouse, volleyball nets and fitness center. You could spend a whole day just exploring the resort!

Parking is never an issue, so you'll always find a good spot close to the condo. Head up to the third floor via stairs or elevator, and enter your perfect vacation getaway. Right away you'll notice how big and open the floor-plan is! You'll be amazed at the large, fully equipped kitchen that has every utensil or appliance you will need to put your chef skills to work!

The tiled floors, top of the line living room furniture and flat screen TV make the lounge a perfect place to kick up your feet and unwind. The attached dining room area is a perfect place for people to sit and eat without feeling excluded from the rest of the family.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and a beautiful private bathroom with double sinks, and shower and separate bathtub.

The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a TV. This bedroom is located right next to the family bathroom, basically giving both bedrooms their own private bathroom.

Thank you for your review! The deposit was returned to the credit card on file upon your first call. Once we release the deposit it will be up to your bank when it would reflect on your account. I apologize if you had any inconvenience but we do not know how long your bank takes to reflect the changes. I checked your file for your stay and I had no complaints that were noted on your behalf about the stay. We take pride in our customer service and if there was anything you had reported we would have sent out our staff to assist. I hope you give us another try to exceed your expectations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
