Uniquely situated right on the beach at Tha Lane Bay, Krabi, Khaotong Villa is a three bedroom two story luxury residence set in a quiet peaceful estate encompassing more than 5000sqm. Beach Volleyball, Petonque, Kayaking, massage and more are all available along with your own on site restaurant right on the beach. Huge magnificent tree's and coconut palms engulf the entire property, so along with the daily sea breezes, you are guaranteed a wonderfully cool experience to accompany the magical sounds of tropical birds whistling in the wind.

The villa itself, has a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two person Jacuzzi, private toilet and shower, flat screen satellite TV system and a balcony over looking the pool and beach. The other two bedrooms come with a king size bed in one and a Queen size bed in the other; shared bathroom with large bath tub and one also has a private balcony. Downstairs there are two separate lounge areas, one facing the surround sound entertainment system and the other more peaceful area looking out onto a rock garden with Buda fountain statue. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas oven, fridge freezer, bar area and full utensils for cooking.

Other facilities with the property include a swimming pool with kiddies splash pool, pool table, darts board, board games, see-saw, swings and kids cubby house. An open air massage sala is also on the beach front and there are three bungalows for larger bookings when required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rungtiwa Phothisarn (the owner) a message.

If Rungtiwa Phothisarn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
