Rozmaric apartment*** is situated in the very centre of the city of Split, in a quiet neighborhood.
The building was built in 1932, and the apartment was fully renovated in 2013.
The Apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of 2 French bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a hall and a large balcony along the entire south side of the apartment, overviewing the city and Marjan hill.
The property includes a separate parking lot.
Within a 3 minute walk through the city park („Djardin“) you can reach the „Golden gates“ of the Diocletian's palace, and enter the incredible 1700 years old downtown, unique in the world and protected by UNESCO as a monument of cultural heritage – the oldest monument of the antique architecture in the world.
Inside the city walls you can also find Venetian and Austrian architecture, as well as brief French influence. You can take a walk around the city center and learn all about city squares, museums, galleries, temples and churches. The narrow streets in the palace will enchant you with incredible style, vivacity and sounds.

Going straight to the south, you will reach the famous „Riva“ - the waterfront promenade and one of the the main walking routes for both tourists and locals. Just another short walk and you will reach the beach of Bacvice, the main city sandy beach, where the locals go throughout the year to play „picigin“ in the shallows.
On the other side of Riva is the Marjan hill - an oasis of green, right near the city center.

The frenzy of the ferry port is indescribable, as thousands of tourist take off to nearby island - Brac, Hvar, Solta, Korcula, Lastovo and Vis.
