If you are searching for exclusive villas in Sicily, overlooking one of the most beautiful sunset in the all island this is the place for you.

Our villas are located on the Gulf of Makari, just 2.5 miles before getting to S. Vito Lo Capo capital of “Costa Gaia” and home of the Cous Cous Festival. The houses are within walking distance from the first swimming option.

Great examples of contemporary architecture where the Le Corbusier lesson has been well studied and applied.

Scent of jasmine, lavander, salvia, rosemary, cappers, and other Mediterranean spices will pervade your days here. The garden and terraces always offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Either toward the Dolomitic rock walls belonging to the Zingaro Natural Reserve or facing west toward the gulf.

The Lower Villa

The focal point is with no doubts the large panoramic gulf-view terrace and garden. Cushioned design-sofas and chairs have been chosen and placed to maximize the view, while the shaded dining area is served directly from the indoor kitchen to ensure also the cook will have a stunning view while cooking. Mint bushes and jasmine flowers will make sure your tea or mojito will be always ready to make! Mediterranean flowers surround the house creating a relaxing atmosphere. Three forty-five years old pine trees and a design-gazebo will always guarantee a welcomed shade.

Our ”infinity terrace “is an authentic everyday-experience. The Sunsets will always be unique. The colors of the sun dropping into the ocean will reflect on the granite rocks of the surrounding mountains creating a mystic light.

There is nothing like Macari's sunset after a day on the beach or walking through the Zingaro Natural Reserve. The terrace is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or for an aperitif with your friends. Last but not least is the breakfast “Event”. An interior peace will pervade your soul every morning while you will enjoy your coffee.

Guests can enter the house using two different doors. The main entrance will be accessible directly from the private parking. The secondary entrance represents the direct access to the outdoor dining area, and “infinity terrace”.

Once entered, the house offers a big lounge and dining room well lighted and furnished. Also a queen size sofa bed is available. A beautiful, fully equipped walk-through kitchen follows the dining area. Finally the house offers two double bedrooms with closets, and two bathrooms with showers.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with a whole series of amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
