From the owner

A beautiful poolside Apartment on the GROUND FLOOR (phase 1) with a small private garden. Two twin bedrooms, provide sleeping space for four adults, and a bed settee comfortably sleeps younger members of the family. All bedding and towels are provided.

Bathroom has bath and shower, washbasin ,toilet and bidet.

A fully fitted kitchen is provided, with oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

32" TV with cable channels and free WI FI .

The lounge area opens to a tiled terrace with with patio table and chairs and a small garden which gives access to a fabulous Pool complex, with pools ranging from kiddies paddling pool (about 1 foot max) to a family relaxing pool (approx 5 foot) and a deeper, 6 foot pool for swimmers.

The entire complex is built around an 18 hole, par 72 Golf course. 24 hour security is provided and visitors are asked to register their vehicle, on arrival.

A sports area and lots of kiddies play areas ensure there are activities for all ages. The Golf clubhouse has bars and a fine restaurant, also a large supermarket caters for the family's daily needs.

The local village of Sucina - 5 minute drive - is a mix of traditional Spanish and Expat residents. Many bars and restaurants cater for all needs. Bars have Sky TV and friendly local staff.
