The Residence Villa Alda in Pietra Ligure is the happy island for those who want a relaxing holiday but also for sports lovers and for parents who dream of a happy and safe for their children.

The two adjacent cottages, studios and apartments hosting from 2 to 5 beds and are equipped with every comfort to ensure a ' slight ', without the need to bring the kitchen equipment from home.

Ideal for children who can play in the courtyard, the garden and play area, but also perfect for parents and not likely, very, reach the shore (just 30 metres), is the old town (just 1 km) with shopping, free Wi-Fi!

Easy to reach for everyone due to its proximity to the train station, the Residence Villa Alda offers an oasis for everybody in every season with its annual opening.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Piercarlo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
