Apartement du Ruisseau with its two bedrooms is the ideal accommodation for a family or two couples. It is situated adjacent to the main residence of the complex. It retains complete privacy from the main building with its own private entrance to the rear of the property, overlooking the swimming pool and terrace area. It has its own large private terrace ideal for "al fresco" dining either for lunch or a relaxing dinner in the evening facing the glorious sunsets of the western sky. The Apartment Ruisseau is perfectly situated to visit the coast of Royan or to amble slowly around the towns of Angouleme and Cognac.

Our gite is family friendly where you can be sure of first class hospitality and a warm welcome from the owners who strive to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. A welcome pack is included on arrival. All towels, bedlinen and pool towels are provided. Access to Internet is provided through site-wide Wi-Fi. Should you wish to have a mid-stay clean please let us know and we can provide further details. Bikes are available with table tennis and badmington, with an area for ball games. Our gite is fully central heated and is strictly non-smoking. There is room for a child's cot (which we can provide) and we can also provide a high chair if necessary.

Apartment Ruisseau has been carefully planned to make our clients feel relaxed and stress free whilst accommodating the needs of all four people to the highest of standards. The downstairs of the property has an open plan living/eating area (27sq.m) fitted with Sky freeview television, a DVD and CD player.
The recently fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. It has been fitted to highest standard for your comfort and convenience.
The two double bedrooms are airy and cool and light. The main bedroom (17sq.m) contains a double bed, plenty of storage space and individual balcony. The second bedroom (10.5sq.m) is equipped with twin beds.
The property is generously equipped to make your holiday as stress free as we possibly can.

Apartement du Ruisseau is adjacent to the main residence of the complex. It retains complete privacy from the main building with its own private entrance to the rear of the property, overlooking the swimming pool and terrace area. The swimming pool is 9 x 5 mts complete with security alarm. The property is not suitable for those with wheelchairs. And sorry no dogs as the owners have two cats.
The property is provided with patio tables and chairs for all the gites; they are located on the terrace and in the garden to ensure sun all day and early evening, it's ideal for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided for the garden and the pool area. Each of the gites is equipped with a barbecue and tools for 'al fresco' dining.
The gites have their own parking area.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian and Valerie (the owner) a message.

If Ian and Valerie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
