The cottage has been thoughtfully provided with a well equipped kitchen//dining room(kitchen refifitted this year) bathroom with bath and overhead shower, two good sized bedrooms with glorious views over the adjacent Manor gardens, one double and one twin, with additional fold out bed, comfortable sitting room with board games, TV, DVD.

Fabulous and easy to manage, leaving plenty of time for days on the beach, or to explore the magnificent North Devon coast or countryside. A couple of minutes by car from Saunton Sands, Putsborough and Woolacombe's blue flag beaches. The North Devon surfer's Mecca of Croyde with its family friendly golden shore replete with cafe, shop and showers, offers both surfing and riding schools. The area has spectacular scenery to rival any found within the UK and boasts coastal and inland walks to satisfy walkers of all levels of ability. Golfing enthusiasts are well catered for with several excellent courses within “driving range”, notably the famous Saunton Sands Club.

Other attractions include boat/fishing hire and ferries to Lundy from Ilfracombe, several adventure/theme parks nearby, Watermouth Castle, Arlington Court and a little further The Big Sheep at Abbotsham and The Milky Way at Clovelly. Whatever the time of year there is always something to see or do in this beautiful unspoilt North Devon location, and 1 Manor Mews provides the ideal base for the discerning guest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jon and Tricia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jon and Tricia (the owner) a message.

If Jon and Tricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
