The house is located just 5 minutes' walk from Fanabe beach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Las Americas, Del Duque and La Caleta, the house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, excellent restaurants for eating out and water/fun parks where regular free buses run to and from. Siam Water Park being the biggest in Europe.
Take a leisurely walk into Los Cristianos and explore the old town or some of the modern night life.
The complex has 5 pools, one is heated and one separate baby pool.
Leading from the living room is a spacious furnished balcony overlooking the pools, enabling you to dine al fresco all year round. With one double and one twin bedroom, (beds can be pushed together in the twin room) the house is ideal for families/friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is a sofa bed in 2nd Bedroom which would be suitable for one adult or 2 children.

This area is suitable for all age groups. There is something for everyone, all within walking distance.
However if you wish to explore other towns, buses run regularly and are easy to use, or taxi's are in abundance and easy to flag down or walk to the taxi rank.

Have stayed at Mare Verde for over 15 years in studio apartments until the daughter and her family decided to join us which meant we needed a bigger apartment. Sarah’s house is lovely and very well equipped with everything for a lovely relaxing holiday, communication is excellent and I would highly recommend this house to anyone for a stay at Mare Verde.

Just spent an amazing week here with family plenty to do for all ages House is very spacious and beautiful and everything you could possibly need complex has beautiful pools on the doorstep and beach is only 5 minutes walk plenty of really good restaurants I would recommend the Indian restaurant across the road beautiful food already planning next trip and will definitely be going back to this beautiful house. Night life is on the doorstep I would definitely recommend this property .

Spent an excellent week in this lovely apartment from the 18th of November. The location is very good only a short walk from the sea front and numerous excellent restaurants near the Guayarmina Princess hotel and a fantastic Indian restaurant just across the road. The apartment itself was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped overlooking the pool. The booking and payment process went smoothly and Sarah provided all the details we needed to have a good holiday. I would recommend this apartment especially for families

“Perfect, Comfortable, Clean and amazing location 5 mins walk to Beach”
We stayed here for 2 weeks in October. It was perfect for us from beginning to end. Sarah was very helpful and quick to reply to our queries. The house is large, clean and well equipped. The complex is clean and very secure. There are several pools on the complex and a pool bar. Its a 5 min walk down to Fanabe beach where you will find everything, bars, shops, restaurants - no need for transport. Although there are buses and taxis in abundance should you need/want one. We got the free bus up to Siam Water Park and walked back, stopping on the way - perfect house, perfect location, we will be back - taking friends with us next time - thanks Sarah
Had a great holiday. Four of us stayed in the town house and there was plenty of room. I particularly enjoyed chilling on the bedroom balcony as the sun went down. It was home from home. The apartment has everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I booked, Sarah was very welcoming and made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend this town house to others and I will book again in the future.

This is the first time with family stopping here in this complex. Really good location and homely feel. Excellent pools for kids and house fully equipped with everything you need. All bars and restaurants within walking distance and beach 10 min walk away. That good we have booked again for next year. Sarah was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

Visited Tenerife for the first time with my wife and 3 girls and stayed in this really beautiful, traditional style 2 bed apartment. The complex was a really nice friendly place with swimming pools that extend from one end of the complex to the other and caters for every age. The apartment was really cosy and very close to the pool where u could keep an eye on the kids whilst u chill on the veranda. Had all amnesties u needed and the beds were so comfortable my nights sleep were the best for a long while. The rooms were really spacious that we were able to fit a travel cot in. It’s very close to the beach and local cafes, shops and restaurants which was very handy for me as I love my morning coffees in the sun. We are thinking of going back in November and would defo be staying there again. If anyone is stuck on where to stay I would definitely recommend the apartment without a doubt.

“Beautiful Villa and perfect holiday”
This was my second year running I've taken my family to Sarah's villa. Perfect location as its peaceful yet still close to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Lots of things to do. Beautiful villa which sits right next to the pool so easy to pop in and out for food and refreshments. Very clean with a home from home feel. Everything you need is at your disposal. Just returned home from a five week stay in this lovely apartment/house. Perfect location, bars shops and entertainment nearby. Sarah's place is excellent, very clean, spacious with everything you need for a long or short stay. It is on two floors with two spacious bedrooms and four balconies. Two at the front, one from the living room and another one from the main bedroom. Supermarkets also close by. All in all a really good place to stay.
