There is a modern shower room. The ground floor is open plan with sitting area, stone hearth, ceiling beams and a dining space through to the separate kitchen. At the front is a pretty sunspot enclosed and slightly elevated patio courtyard with garden furniture and off road parking to the side for one car. With country views, close to the village pub and store, plus a 15 min walk to Maenporth Beach, Nanparra Cottage is very appealing.
