Lynton is a 5 bedroomed townhouse and was refurbished as recently as 2015. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk. In addition each also benefits from its own en-suite consisting a shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make the property ideal for the self catering holiday.

The property is located in a residential area if the town within easy reach of the beaches and town. Falmouth is host to a wise range of shops from major chains to the smaller independently run premises. There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs catering for the diverse tastes of our guests.

Further details

A booking deposit of £200 is required and a security bond also of £100 is to be sent with the remainder of the rental, no later than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. This is fully refundable following your departure pending no damage or breakages.

The garden to the front of the property is gravelled with Cornish palm trees. To the rear, the courtyard contains garden furniture , together with potted plants and flowers. There is private off road parking for two cars at the rear of the house.
