Located on the first floor (with lift access) of this newly built Art Deco style building, the Moonraker apartment has every conceivable luxury to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, with two balconies and a large garage.

Extensive views of Falmouth Marina and the Penryn River will captivate you, and the furniture is of the very highest quality. Complimentary WiFi is also provided.

The large open plan living room has two comfy sofas, the perfect place to sit and watch the boats outside – a large TV is provided but the ever changing views and activity on the water may just drag you away!

The large balcony brings the outside in and is the perfect viewing point from which to watch the busy marina activities while ensuring that everyone gets a healthy dose of sea air! If you would rather be on the water the shared slipway enable guests to launch a small boat while Falmouth Marina next door also has access to boat charter and training / lessons.

Light floods into every corner of this apartment, from the dining area to the modern kitchen, which is well equipped for self-catering complete with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The 2 bedrooms at The Slipway are a stylish retreat. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and basin. A private balcony that overlooks the front of the building is an unexpected bonus!

Bedroom 2 can be made up as twin single beds or a super king, while the family bathroom has a power-shower fitted above the bath, WC and basin.

A large garage is provided for guests use and can also be used to store sailing equipment if required!

One small to medium well behaved dog is welcome.

We spent a week in this well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. It is convenient for walking into the lovely historic town centre with supermarkets nearby, in the opposite direction.
