Please enjoy our lovely 4 bedroom family house with driveway, in Falmouth. It is available for booking in the Summer Holidays. Located within 10 minutes walk to Swanpool and Gyllingvase beaches, the house is well equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The double fronted, elevated, semi detached house sleeps 6 people, and is decorated in a modern, contemporary style throughout.

The lovely lounge room is warmed by a wonderfully stylish log burner, helping to create a relaxing, comfortable feel. This large, strip floored living space leads out to the wisteria covered patio, via french doors. The expansive, mature and established back garden can also be accessed through the extended, charming kitchen.

Boasting a Kenwood 6 ring double oven range cooker, the kitchen also comes well equipped with everything one needs to make your stay enjoyable, including a Kitchen Aid Mixer and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Kitchen/ diner also comes with a large, extendable

There is a well stocked local Co-Operative Supermarket very close by, however guests will be greeted by a complimentary Cornish cream tea and basic necessities.

A tastefully decorated second reception room provides comfortable seating and ample space for storage of coats and footwear as well as opportunities to listen to music or strum on a family guitar.

A particular strength of this house is the 3 levelled, established garden comprising: a patio and lower eating area, a lawned children's area with enclosed trampoline, swings and charming elevated play house and slide, and a raised large decking area with magnolia tree, and hammocks. The decking provides a wonderful, elevated position, with a dining table, parasol and gas BBQ facilities. The garden allows children to play safely and freely, and the families the chance to dine alfresco in the warming sun.

The first floor provides ample sleeping, with 3 bedrooms and contempory bathroom.

Bedroom one contains a kingsize bed, bedside cupboards and 2 chests of drawers. There is also a convenient wardrobe situated on the landing for guest use.

Bedroom 2 contains a beautiful day bed styled single bed, open shelving for guest storage and a lovely view of the back garden.

Bedroom 3 is also accessed from the spacious landing (with airing cupboard and additional bedding). This bedroom is large, with a single bed and opportunity for further camp beds or cots. Storage is available with open boxed shelving and large cupboard.

Bedroom 4 is located in the eves, in a stunning loft room with 2 velux windows. The room is accessed via Bedroom 3. The sleeping accommodation is provided by a single bed and a large sofa bed. Again, lots of space is afforded for additional campbeds or cots. However, due to the access via steep stairs, we do not recommend this room for the very old, immobile or very young. We are able to provide a stair gate on request.

Falmouth town is a bustling and energetic seaside town. The harbour is one of the world's largest natural harbours, famous for its tradition in sailing and seafood. A lovely walk into Falmouth will provide guests with a tremendous choice of food, drinks and entertainment, as well as the full range of shopping experiences.

A pleasant 10 minute walk along a public footpath will see you access the Swanpool Nature Reserve and allow the opportunity of water sports activities at Swanpool Beach. The beach has a large car park, amenities, cafe and restaurant.

Falmouth is fortunate to have 3 sandy beaches to choose from, each with their own special flavour.

A wonderful family house, offering an excellent location and spacious accommodation for your family holiday.

Cornwall is a stunning county, surrounded by the best coastline in Britain. It has a strong and unique cultural heritage and identity. The county is famous for a laid back lifestyle, away from huge, sprawling urban centres, yet it has enough amenities and attractions to keep everybody happy.

The climate is a little warmer than most of the country and there is certainly plenty to do, rain or shine. The impressive 'Eden Project' is based in Cornwall, which is an incredible experience.

Falmouth

Falmouth is a thriving natural harbour. It has a rich maritime heritage and is a home to many great sailors. It is also a superb place to eat, drink and soak up the warm atmosphere. Being home to a large art student population, Falmouth enjoys a diverse group of people. The town plays host to festivals, such as The Oyster Festival, Falmouth Week and The Sea Shanty Festival. It is also a regular host for the Tall Ships.

Falmouth is lucky to have 3 excellent beaches close at hand: Swanpool, Gyllingvase and Maenporth, each offering something slightly different. Swanpool is the closest to our property and it offers wonderful bathing and a family atmosphere, with a cafe, restaurant and water sports hiring facilities.

We are located 10 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to town; the best of both worlds.
