Description

A comfortable detached chalet accommodation, Located 1.5 miles from Falmouth town centre and beaches. Semi rural and peaceful location. The Chalet is in our garden but there is a side gate to get to it.
All ground floor, sleeps maximum three persons with one double bedroom + one sofa bed in living room, Shower room with Hand basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Central heated inclusive with rent. Mains electricity slot meter. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, TV. Bed linen and towels provided.
Off road parking available for 2 cars.
Sorry no smoking in Chalet but guests welcome to smoke in garden area.

“compact dog friendly and close to the university”

Stayed here when bringing my son to start at falmouth university..Ideal for 2 people and a dog for 3 nights,may have been a bit squashed with 3 people ,not much room to sit,but fine for the two of us.The bed was really comfortable,though a bit awkward as it was up against the wall. The garden was lovely to sit in the sun with a cup of tea,and the owners friendly and helpful.

Not up to the usual standards. Had booked a 5 night stay only stayed 2 nights.Owners very pleasant and friendly.

Sorry you did Finish your holiday but most people are happy with there stay here, We did offer to change the bed as you found it uncomfortable but you declined, we have since replaced the bed.
