The spectacular harbour view is what makes this house stand out from many others. From here you can while away the hours watching Falmouth’s bustling harbour with boats of all sizes sailing back and forth. Sleeping up to 5 guests in 3 beautiful bedrooms each with sea views and arranged over 4 floors. This holiday home is situated in a quiet residential street near the top of Jacob’s Ladder - Falmouth’s famous flight of 111 steps constructed in 1840.

From street level the door opens onto a light and airy hallway with wooden floors, on this level is a double bedroom with a king sized bed. The french windows and private balcony with table and chairs mean the ever changing and relaxing vista of the boats and sea views can be fully appreciated. Across the hall is a modern shower room with electric power shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The top floor contains an open plan living area with vaulted ceiling where the comfortable sofas are positioned to take in the magnificent, panoramic harbour views. Wi-Fi, a smart TV and DVD player are also provided.

On the other side of the staircase is the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with everything you will need and Neff appliances including dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and microwave.

The lower ground floor contains bedroom 2 with a super king bed that can be arranged as 2 singles. Again french windows and balcony make the most of the harbour views. The large bathroom opposite has a bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Also on this floor is a utility room with washer drier and a freezer. Further stairs lead down to the basement with a comfortable single and door leading out to the patio area with garden furniture from which to enjoy the wonderful seascape.

Parking is available in an allocated space just a short walk from the house. It is a 2 minute walk down the steps to the centre of Falmouth with all its amenities and to the ferries visiting St Mawes, Flushing, Truro and the Helford river. Other routes into the town avoiding the steps are close by.
