Description

An outstanding villa located in the south of Antigua, away from the bustle but close enough to the attractions of English and Falmouth Harbours. Comprising 5 large airy bedrooms (3 in the main house, 1 in a guest cottage and 1 in the garden apartment) and a huge entertaining open plan area, this property is suitable to rent for family and friend reunions, weddings and receptions or just a sheerly indulgent holiday.

In two acres of lush tropical vegetation the villa has been built to take advantage of the cooling breezes over Falmouth Harbour, and is located above Turtle Beach,a two minute stroll from the main terrace.

The open plan living areas comprise a large gourmet kitchen, a gamesroom area complete with a full size pool table that can convert to a table tennis table, several dining and lounging areas and a huge pool and terrace area overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Harbour.

The owners are on hand to give you personalised srvice including pre-provisioning, sourcing additional staff such as a chef or babysitter, rental vehicles and can help with planning any sort of outing your group may be interested in.

The house was built by the current owners and is refurbished frequently to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Getting around

We highly recommend the use of a vehicle in your travels around the island as there are many to get to that you cant get to by any other means. The rental car companies will deliver to the villa, and I can guide you to the best places when we meet you at the villa, either on the day you arrive, or the next morning when I bring your maid in for her first service

Interaction with guest

We meet you at the villa to introduce you to it, and it to you. We bring in the cleaning staff and take out the rubbish on a daily basis and will check in with you on a regular basis to see how all is going. We are on hand 24/7 if you need anything, and I am more than happy to guide you in activities and book restaurants and activities to suit your group. We also disappear when you don't want us!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
