FAIRFIELD

Recently refurbished two bedroom house located within Falkirk town centre perfectly sited for sightseeing trips in Scotland with the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, Linlithgow palace all within easy reach. The train station with links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling is a 10 minute walk.

The house is situated next to the towns retail shopping area, with a cinema & health club and a wealth of quality restaurants & bars.

This house sleeps 6 people 1 Double room 1 single/ twin (please advise on how you want the sleeping arrangements set out when you are booking) lounge with large sofa bed sleeps 2.

We have a minimum rental period however we have shorter stays that may suit you so Please ask.

The Lounge opens on to an enclosed decked back garden.

There is a fitted shower room and well equipped kitchen. 1 allocated parking space to the front of the property and plenty additional free parking surrounding the property for additional vehicles.

Please do NOT enquire if you plan to use our property for illegal business/trading as we will spot check our properties if we are suspicious.

Health & Safety is the responsibility of the renters
Electrical equipment must be switched off when not in property (with the exception of our appliances)
Excessive cleaning which results in our cleaning team delaying the next guests will result in part of the deposit being retained (we have not had to do it yet)
Green bins general waste Blue bins paper plastic etc.
Heating is controlled by a remote in the hall
