An upmarket modern complex nestled between Albufeira and Vilamoura amidst an incredible fusion of pine tree and sea breeze scent just 300m from the Falesia beach.

The Falesia beach is rated one of the nicest and cleanest beaches in southern Europe. It is safe to swim and is ideal for taking long uninterrupted walks/jogs from sunrise to sunset for miles on end.

Bordered by the Sheraton Golf Course, luxury vila's and a cul-du-sac it is extremely serene yet only a stone's throw away from local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops...

“First Class”

Fantastic apartment in a great location for the beach as well as exploring other surrounding areas. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden area provides both sun and shade . Supermarket, bars and restaurants all within a five minute walk . The owners were a pleasure to deal with and provided us with lots of useful information . Bernice who manages the flat was very helpful too. We very much look forward to visiting again . Thank you Salette and Eduardo.

This apartment was beautiful, close to local amenities, some lovely restaurants nearby. Would love to stay again in the future. We went at a quiet time beginning of April and the complex was very quiet, which suited us lazing by the swimming pool. would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone.

My husband, 5 month old baby and I stayed here for 9 nights in June. It exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is beautifully decorated to a high class and contains all mod cons. There is also an outdoor BBQ at your disposal and a choice of dining areas. Inside the apartment you will find gem after gem, DVD's, books to read, toys for kids if required, card & board games.For us it was a perfect location nestled between Albuferia and Vilamora. Public transport is a 15 minute walk away and cost roughly 2.80 one way to Albuferia or car hire is available in the nearby area. All amenities are a stroll away to the centre where you will find plenty of cafes,restaurants, a supermarket and a newsagent where you can purchase most newspapers. The area was quiet in June but started to pick up towards the end of our holiday. The beach is a 10 min leisurely walk away and you will find absolutely everything you will need to take to the beach in the apartment, beach umbrellas,towels and even cooler-bags for your food & drink. There are steps down to the beach and once you are able bodied, these will not pose a problem. We took our 5 month old down & carried the buggy down the steps slowly. You can also walk down the beach to the 5 * Sheraton hotel and enjoy a drink in the beach bar. If this is too much for you , you can also chill out by the complex pools, one at the front and the main one at the back. Both theses pools were extremely clean and well maintained with plenty of pine shaded areas.

“super apartment with enclosed garden!”

We have stayed in this apartment 3 times now. Having small children we love the enclosed garden which is situated right by the poolside. There are shops and restaurants really close by, and the beach is very near as well. We loved the peace and quiet (quite expensive for taxis if you want to go to vilamoura / albufeira). internet cafe and tennis courts just outside the building. Would suit family looking for quiet relaxing holiday. We think its great!
