This private, gated condominium stands only 400 metres from the magnificent, blue-flag Falésia beach, which stretches for five gorgeous, sandy kilometres as far as Vilamoura. Just 100 metres from the house you’ll find a small selection of local eateries, family bars and cafés, a newsagent, Artisan shops, supermarket, tennis and padel courts as well as the very popular EPIC SANA Hotel Sayanna Wellness Spa.

In nearby Açoteias village there’s a wider selection of local restaurants featuring Portuguese specialities, including grilled fish and sea food, as well as popular international restaurants, shops, a supermarket, bank, taxi rank and bus stop. Golfers can enjoy the scenic nine holes at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs in Açoteias. An easy 15-minute drive will take you east to Vilamoura, with its fantastic marina and world class golf courses, or west to the buzzing resort of Albufeira.

The Santa Maria private condominium comprises of just 6 town houses with swimming pool and neatly landscaped gardens creating a peaceful little oasis ideal for swimming and taking in the rays! Steps lead up to the pool area and are gated.

Portugal Breakaways features this stunning and spacious 3-bedroom, 4 bathrooms Townhouse built in duplex style. The house is distributed over three floors and has been recently decorated to a very high standard throughout and includes Air Conditioning and WIFI. The ample lounge-dining room is decorated in white with shades of blues and creams and has a large corner leather sofa, wood burner, Smart TV, WIFI and a dining suite for six. There is access onto a spacious terrace furnished with wicker sofas and arm chairs which itself links into the gardens of the complex and is ideal for outdoor relaxing.

The ultra-modern white kitchen is located to the back of the townhouse and is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. Large patio doors open out onto a wooden deck area with a built in BBQ along with table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco. There is also a full modern bathroom with bath located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, on the 1st floor there are two beautifully decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. The large double bedroom is decorated in whites, soft greens and complemented by dark wood furniture. There is a modern end suite bathroom with walk in shower. This bedroom opens onto its own private furnished balcony and overlooks the garden to the front of the complex.

The Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom includes walk in shower overlooks the landscaped grounds of the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort and Country Club to the back of the complex!

There is a very spacious 3rd bedroom located on the upper floor with en suite full bathroom including walk in shower. This room is decorated throughout in white, stone and greens and leads out on a private furnished balcony overlooking the front of the property. There is a sofa here which converts into a sofa bed and can comfortably sleep an adult or two kids (up to 12 years only).

This is an exception beautiful property which can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably and would suit families and friends wishing to holiday together who can enjoy the benefits of a small private complex, but still be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but also to be near all amenities.

“Amazing property, exactly as advertised on website.”

Great location, supermarket, selection of shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance of the property. The property it's self was amazing, very clean and tidy, it was home away from home, everything you could possibly need, and some!. The air con in every room worked perfectly, there was plenty of towels to go around, and plenty of room in the house. The outside space was also amazing, in the morning time the sun hits the front of the property, so you have a choice of the 1st floor balcony or the ground floor area to enjoy your morning coffee, and in the afternoon you can sit at the back of the house where the sun shines until the evening time. Don't worry about getting up in the early hours of the morning to put your beach towels on the sunbeds at the pool - there is always plenty of space. Thank you to Victor and Michelle for helping to make our stay so enjoyable, they are right next door so if you need them, they are there, but we never needed to contact them as everything was fine, just the occasional good morning nod or evening wave. My family and I had a great time, and would love to go back. Thanks so much again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

How do damage deposits work?
