Situated at 10,600 feet elevation in Fairplay, among the scenic Rocky Mountains and just 30 minutes from the Breckenridge Ski Resort, this cabin promises an unforgettable retreat for all!


The moment you arrive at the quiet, secluded cabin, nestled in the woodlands on a protected wetland, all of the cares and worries of your everyday life will disappear into the peaceful surroundings. Outside, the spacious deck will quickly become your favorite place to admire nature’s beauty, as you listen to the soothing sounds of the water flowing down the 2 creeks through the property and into a small pond. Inside the 1,500 square foot home, you’ll find all of the necessary comforts of a true home-away-from-home! Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV while relaxing on the comfy couches in the living area, completely illuminated by the sun shining through the large windows. When you’re hungry, prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, while your travel companions keep you company at the bar. Enjoy your meals at the lovely dining table or outside on the deck. Once you’re tired after a day of outdoor excitement, you’ll find comfy beds on the first floor master bedroom and second bedroom, and upstairs in the loft.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
