Nestled in the heart of Fairhope and located perfectly on Mobile Bay, Jubilee Suites offers its guests a one-of-a-kind experience. The Magnolia unit features a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, one bedroom (with a king size bed), one full bathroom, bath linens and toiletries, smart TV, WIFI, and a bay view balcony.

All of the units have been completely updated, and are spacious and airy, making you feel like you are truly on vacation.

As each day brings the night, sit and relax up on the bluff, or open the doors of your balcony to catch the sun as it begins to set. The property faces west, providing an unbelievable memory captured each evening.

There is a two night minimum for unit rentals. A large conference room is available for retreats or events, holding up to 30 guests.

When guests arrive, and step onto the property, they are quickly greeted by a rich history of beautiful old oak trees and a New Orleans styled open courtyard; a common area open to all guests leading to private entrances to each unit.

Guests have full access to our beach, and are welcomed to fish, crab or swim!

As you make your way in, and meet some of the locals, you will quickly find that the town of Fairhope is warm and inviting, and always eager to meet new friends.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
