Description

This was the first condo we purchased in Fairfield Bay and perched on the entertainment center was a carved wooden sign which spelled out the word Escape. Sounded good to us so we went with it. This is your escape to the Ozarks, escape from the sometimes hub bub around the Cool Pool as the unit is downstairs and well insulated from the sounds above at the parking lot level. And if the TV is playing too loudly indoors or for whatever reason escape to the wrap around verandah and take in the greens of the forest and distant lake. The unit is totally self contained, pool towels and coffee/creamer are provided and this is our only unit which has an ice maker in the fridge. You can get to the Cool Pool in about 30 seconds if you hustle and all the other amenities of the Bay are within walking distance except golf and marina. There are 2 flat screen TVs with cable and the one in the living area has a DVD player with DVDs. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed in the master and the second bedroom has a couple of singles There is also a sleeper sofa. We have installed keypad combo locks for safety and convenience. If your taste runs to eclectic, you will feel at home and we think it is a near ideal set up for grandparents and the grandkids at the lake.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
