From the owner

A beautiful two bedroom self-contained apartment, with your own private patio, sun loungers, jacuzzi spa, outdoor shower, and gas BBQ Area. There is a few outdoor games like bowls, badminton, and we have a table tennis table. We also have English TV and free WIFI. Bath towels, bed linen, bathrobes, are also provided.

We are on the outskirts of Eymet (5 minutes drive) and less than 200 meters from the Lac de Escourou. This beautiful lake is over 8km in diameter, and you can jog or walk all the way round. You can also fish in here too.

We are in the countryside so it is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend you have a car so you can see all the beautiful surrounding villages. We are within an hours drive of all the great vineyards, Bordeau, St Emilion, Bergerac, Monbazlliac, and Duras. There are over a 100 chateaux too to visit. I would also recommend to go to the Dordogne or Lot Rivers to see the beautiful villages some medieval, or take a boat on the river.

In July and August we have loads of festivals and soirees to enjoy in the local villages. If you get in touch I can advise you what is happening. I can also help you rent local bicycles to be here on your arrival, and help you book canoeing trips or advise what is good to see in the area.

Thoughly enjoyable; nearby lake has a 5 mile circuit around it for walking or running. Town has many fine restaurants. Rental has all required including hot tub; great to relax in at night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
