St Kilda is a new build detached house, finished to a high standard. Situated within this idyllic Berwickshire village of Auchencrow and enjoying wonderful open views, this 5 bedroom house in Auchencrow offers incredible space with flexible accommodation. So great for families or large groups with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay in Auchencrow.

You will find peaceful countryside with the Lammermuir Hills not far away, yet only an hours drive you will in the city of Edinburgh or south to Newcastle upon Tyne. The house has easy access to all amenities, Auchencrow has a traditional village pub that you can walk to, serving real ales, beer and food. Post office ,shop and cafe about 2 miles away in Reston.

Leading from the living room and kitchen you will find a very large open patio for outside dining with table and chairs where you can take in the great views. The garden surrounds the house and is suitable for barbecues and picnics. There is large driveway at the front of the house for parking with 6 cars or more. Also the house has a access ramp for wheelchairs.

Family Room / bedroom 6, flat screen TV with a PS3 and games in this room has a sofa bed so you can sleeps 12.

Garage which has, table tennis table, table football, fridge freezer and a place to store your bikes , golf bags or wetsuits.

Full Sky package, there's an iPod dockstation for more traditional entertainment there are books and games. Plus a library of top DVDs and CDs for adults and children and toys. Travel Cot, High Chair and Microwave Steriliser.
