<p>The cottage commands a spectacular location in a rural haven of wooded pastures that are steeped in history,close to the Riley Graves and the Hancock family who were victims of the 1665 plague. The property's hillside position provides stunning views across Froggatt,Curbar and Baslow Edges,with the grandeur of Chatsworth House visible in the distance. Explore the countryside via the footpaths or riverside walks along the Derwent and into Middleton Dale. A short walk into the local village to the Miners Arms pub is a great way to spend the afternoon.</p><p>The open plan layout of this spacious cottage gives it a bright and airy feel. Limestone flagged floors and gas central heating give the property warmth,and a woodburner set into a Derbyshire stone fireplace adds a touch of character. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor,as well as double glazed doors that lead out to the pretty patio area for evenings spent enjoying the breathtaking views.</p><p>Upstairs there is a charming bedroom with sloped ceilings,containing a super king size bed or twin beds if required.
