2nd floor luxurious apartment with stunning sea views that can sleep 6. The apartment has a south facing private balcony. Located on the beachfront with a good selection of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away! The apartment has all the required amenities if you felt like just relaxing indoors whilst admiring the panoramic views of the sea and estuary, which are truly breath taking! The kitchen and both bedrooms have views of the marina! Close by to public transport and a 10 minute walk in to town.

We have iron and ironing board in the airing cupboard.

We also provide all linen including bedding and towels and also have a hair drier located in the wardrobe of the main bedroom

Interaction with guest

One double and one twin room, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Lounge is equipped with a large comfortable corner sofa, great if you want to sit back and look out on the ocean views. Kitchen is large enough to easily cater for all guest and comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle etc.. Dining area seats up to 6 people, which extends if need be. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a shower. Property is not wheel chair accessible and has a few stairs to climb to the top floor apartment, no lift available. Not at all challenging for someone who is able. We are available on the phone 24/7 if there are any problems at all.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
