Evergreen benefits from having ample parking and outside area and would be suitable for anyone with limited mobility who want tranquillity but also require lovely views. The town centre and beach are each about a half hour walk for those who enjoy exercise. Being on the north side of the town, Evergreen is ideally placed for those wanting to explore the pebble heaths of Woodbury Common, the town and beach at Budleigh Salterton and Exeter. There are two very successful garden centres within a few minutes drive of the bungalow, both of which offer superb food and teas.

The entrance porch leads into a comfortable and spacious sitting room which has a TV and DVD and large windows making this a nice light room for relaxing in at the end of your days activities. There is also a dining area with table and 4 chairs in this room.

The galley kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge and with all the items needed to make this holiday cottage bungalow a home away from home.

The West Country is a temperate region where rural land is surrounded by sea. There are stunning beaches (both sandy and pebbled) and soaring cliffs provide spectacular walking. Along the coastline are many charming towns and villages - Exmouth is a vibrant seaside town with two miles of golden sandy beaches. The town centre has pretty parks and gardens and there are numerous tea shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. For nature lovers, the Exe Estuary is a haven for bird watching and Woodbury Common - an area of heather and gorse covered pebble heath - is nearby

Exmouth

The holiday cottage is within easy walking distance to the sea front and beach. The sea front has miles of flat walking, and there are cafes and kiosks for refreshments. Within a few hundred metres is the prestigious Exe Marina development with character waterside buildings, shops, a restaurant and cafe. There are boat trips and fishing trips leaving from this location throughout the season. The new Exe Estuary cycle path extends along the riverside from Topsham to Exmouth and right along the sea front. It is possible to cycle to Exeter and Dawlish (some stretches are on road). Bike hire is readily available in Exmouth
