Exe View is a superb property just 250 yards from two miles of stunning, sandy beach with dunes, esplanade, safe bathing, water sports and sailing facilities. An extension of the owner's home, Exe View is perfect for exploring the numerous delights of Exmouth and East Devon. The property is beautifully designed and furnished to a very high standard and the spacious, open plan living area provides luxury and comfort. Both bedrooms have views of Exmouth seafront and the sea beyond.

Exe View has an enclosed, secluded patio and decked area, where guests can dine outside or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a storage area for bicycles, water sports or other outdoor equipment, all of which can be hired locally. For days out, the owners have thoughtfully provided beach towels and a picnic basket for guests' use during their stay.

A children's adventure park, boating lake and swing boats are just a stroll away and the impressive marina, high street shops, restaurants and theatre, are all within walking distance. Shelly Beach on the Exe estuary is also ideal for extreme water sports or bird watching. In the winter months, the Exe estuary is home to over 40,000 wading birds including the iconic avocets. Bird watching pleasure cruises can be arranged.

“Great Location”

A nice well-maintained property perfectly located for the Beach and Promenade. A good base for a traditional family holiday. We travelled with our adult daughter who has some additional needs and she coped well with the short flight of internal stairs - very nice double shower in the bathroom and shower gel provided.. Nice touches by the owners to make you feel welcome; eg milk tea coffee and juice etc - plus tissues provided in bedroom and kitchen. The outdoor area is a little disappointing consisting of a walled and slabbed area - not really a very nice sitting area ; There was no barbecue provided so used single-use BBQ which are not ideal. Builders are currently building three three-storey houses next door so there was some disturbance but clearly outside the control of the owners.

We stayed at the Exeview apartments last year and found to to be amazing. The owners were really nice and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment had a really quality feel with good furniture and it was extremely clean, it is clear that the owner take great pride in it. The beach is just across the road, and although we didn't have any sun that weekend its was really nice to walk across the road and be on a real sandy beach! Exmouth town is a short walk away, and has some good bars and places to eat. We would highly recommend the Exeview and would defiantly go back there again!
