This 2 bedroom cottage has a master bedroom with a 5ft king size bed & an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, adjacent to the family bathroom, has 3ft twin beds which can be made into a 6ft super king size bed if required. Both bedrooms have high quality pocket sprung mattresses and black out curtains for a good nights sleep.

The spiral stair case leads up to our fun mezzanine level overlooking the open plan living area. The mezzanine has comfy bean bags and a smart TV, the perfect den for the kids!

Downstairs you will find a stylish, modern kitchen with solid corian worktops, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and a dishwasher so you can relax and unwind in front of the TV or around the dinner table.

Shephards Corner looks onto a central courtyard and has its own patio furniture where you can relax and eat on warm, sunny evenings. It also has an enclosed garden so the children can play. As Elm Tree is a working farm, there are plenty of opportunities to learn about the daily activities and get to know the animals too. A BBQ is also available.

Getting around

We are located on a farm so a car is almost essential. We are one hour from Birmingham, London Heathrow and Luton airports and 20 minutes from Bicester and Banbury train stations. Brackley does have a bus service to the larger local towns.

Interaction with guest

Geoff and Lizzy are based here at the farm and available 24 hours a day for anything you may need. You are really welcome to wander around the farm and its beautiful meadow and get involved with feeding the lambs during during the season.

Please contact us to discuss. We usually allow one well behaved pet at a time and we do ask that dogs aren't left unattended in the cottages. There is a £25 per week charge.

Whilst smoking is not allowed in the cottages we are happy for you to smoke outside.

How do damage deposits work?
