Very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a large modern LCD Smart TV with 100Mb fibre optic broadband internet connection.The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a large wardrobe. An air cooling system is available from 1st June to 1st October 2016 with outlets in the living area and the bedroom. The complex is comprised of 5 Blocks. The apartment is located in Block 5, the southern most block. There is a swimming pool on the roof of Block 2 open 6am to 11pm from 1st May to 31st October 2016 and squash courts in Block 1. There is internal access to both. The pool area has undergone a complete beautification in 2015 including new tiling, lighting and sun beds. (We provide beach towels for the sun beds.) Opposite is a Marks and Spencer food outlet and just beyond that is a Morrisons supermarket. The apartment is in a very convenient location just 10 minutes walk from Gibraltar's Main Street, 10 minutes walk from Ocean Village with it's numerous bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants at Queensway Quay Marina. There is also a bus stop right outside. There are numerous scheduled flights from the UK so we are ideal for city breaks and get away holidays. The weather is mild in the winter and hot in the summer with abundant sunshine all year round. There is plenty to see and do here and you can manage it all on foot.
A new apartment block is being constructed during 2016/18 in the garden area adjacent to the building. However, the apartment is double glazed and on a high floor so there should not be too much impact other than the loss of the views to the south.
The lift in Block 5 Lift & Lobby Refurbishment is taking place from 19th September 2016.
Access to all floors can be made by using the lift in Block 4 and going
to level 3 & 5 and walking through the internal corridors and then using the staircase in Block 5 or by using the lift in Block 2 and going to level 3, 5, 7 and walking through the internal corridors or roof garden on level 7 and using the stairs in Block 5.
There will be no lift access to Level 9 during the Block 5 Lift Refurbishment Programme.

Absolutely brilliant apartment, both for content and location. Owners have put a great deal of thought into making sure everything that could be required is provided - and all of high quality. So good, we've already booked again for later on this year!
“Well-equipped and conmfortable apartment in great location”
Judith met us at the apartment and showed us round, telling us all we needed to know about the appliances etc and was contactable by telephone if we needed anything - this went very smoothly and we were delighted by the apartment. Lovely views and it was just the right size. Well-equipped kitchen down to the handy things like olive oil, salt and cling film! Great range of tv channels and excellent wifi; towels, facecloths and soap provided. The location of the apartment was also excellent as only a short walk into the centre and bus stops a short distance away. If we come back to Gibraltar again (which we would like to, for another short trip) we would definitely consider this apartment again.
“Fantastic, luxury stay!”
Had a wonderful stay in this apartment! There are so many little touches, Colin and Judith have really thought of everything! For example, don't bother to waste your luggage allowance on toiletries, as it is all here for you! This location is very close to many great places to eat; tourist attractions, such as the rock, and a short distance from the border for any trips to Spain. The pool at the top of the apartment was lovely for days spent relaxing. We would most definitely recommend this apartment and we will be back!
“Perfect Spot for Business or Leisure”
Spotless, marvellously equipped (liked the Dyson fan which is so quiet compared to normal fans with whirring blades). Tastefully refurbished, perfect location for striking out into town or popping to Morrisons for supplies. Really nice owners who couldn't do enough for us. I was busy working but my colleague took advantage of the pool - very useful in the warmth of May - Sept. I wish it wasn't so popular as I want to book it again !
This place is a real gem: modern, spacious, and clean with one of the comfiest beds known to man, great views, and a huge shower! its in a great location with morrissons less than 2 minutes away and ocean village and main street 5-10 minutes. Colin and Judith were great. Thank you for a great stay, I'll be back!
