Enjoy breathtaking views and easy access to Beaver Lake with the convenience of being located just 9 miles from the charming town of Eureka Springs. Bella Casa Beaver Lake can host two families with 2 levels of living space, each with fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and 2 large living room areas for relaxing. This Ozark hideaway can sleep up to 9 with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.

The main entrance located upstairs welcomes you with mountain top views of Beaver Lake, a large open living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV and a wood burning fireplace. The master suite is located on this floor complete with a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. The beautifully decorated dining room seats 8 with access to a spacious outdoor deck complete with hot tub providing relaxation for 2, gas grill, and patio furniture.

The lower level hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large recreational area with pool table and bar, complete living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV, full modern kitchen, and a dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a trundle bed with 1 full and 1 twin.

Each rental will be provided with a unique key code for entry

Parties and Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized events.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bella (the owner) a message.

If Bella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
