Description

This Longs Peak condo is part of a newly renovated 60-condo complex. These condos, which come in one of three different floor plans, have a modern and mountain style. Pictured here is the Longs Peak which sleeps 4 adults and up to 3 kids. Check out our other Tripadvisor/Flip Key ads for our other floor plans (Bear Lake and Elkhorn). The master bedroom has a queen, the guest bedroom has a queen, twin over queen bunk bed, or twin over full bunk bed. The unattached guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The attached master bathroom has a shower. For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sofa bed with upgraded mattress in the living room. Both bedrooms have HD Smart TVs with Direct TV.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The living room has a gas fireplace and a HD Smart TV with Direct TV.

Enjoy the back deck (if you are in an upper level condo) or patio (if you are in a lower level condo) where you may see some wildlife wandering by!

Request a riverside, poolside or mountainside room to get the experience you desire.

Guests at Fall River Village will enjoy outdoor amenities including the pool, a hot tub, propane grills, fire pits and a yard game area.

Located at the west edge of town, it’s only a 5 minute walk on the Riverwalk to restaurants and shops and to enjoy the quaint town of Estes Park and all of the town’s activities. Performance Park amphitheater is just a 2-minute walk to hear the live music presented all summer. And perhaps best of all, it is only a 4-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park from our west end of town location, allowing you to avoid the downtown Estes Park traffic.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
