Description

Welcome to our beautifully appointed pool home. We have spared no costs on home comforts. Our guests simply love it, especially the views of the lake and it's wildlife. The house is beautifully furnished, right down to a leather recliner and digital TV (we have Premiership soccer channel). We take pride in communicating regularly beforehand with guests and our neighbor acts as our housewatcher which guests find convenient. Please read the review below in the guest book.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and looks onto the lake. The master bathroom has twin wash basins, a bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have walk in closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds. From the living room you can enjoy unrestricted views of the lake and fountain.

Our pool (electrically heated) area looks onto the lake and has a southern exposure for lots of sun hours. This makes for fantastic outdoor dining. All rooms, even the pool area, have fans. The dining room and pool dining area have room for six people. We rarely eat indoors. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

Enjoy walking in downtown Naples or visiting the chique restaurants and art galleries of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.There are nine public/ semi private golf courses within 10 minutes drive from our house. There's absolutely no shortage of supermarkets or restaurants within minutes from our location. The fabulous Miromar Outlets shopping mall is less than a mile away and the recently completed shopping/dining at Coconut point and Gulf Coast Town Centre are 10 minutes drive away. Check out the new Mercato shopping and dining experience. US. 41 is a mile away and has many upscale as well as family restaurants. There are 3 very nice restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The beach is 20 minutes drive and Fort Myers airport only 15 minutes.

The house is equiped with WiFi which is free of charge.

We do not rent to under 30's unless accompanied by parents. We have no problem if children are staying with their parents in the house but like to know the children's' ages beforehand. We appreciate it if guests can let us know the ages of ant children accompanying them.

Our house is located in a gated community with 24 hour security on duty. We have 2 bicycles for our guests use. There are lots of good cycling routes around the local communities and golf courses. If you are golfers we'll gladly advise which golf courses to play.

“Great Location”

Had the opportunity to find this lovely villa at short notice. Was not disappointed. Adrian ensured everything was in place for arrival complete with directions. In all we spent about 4 weeks in this lovely home from home. Really miss our evenings relaxing by the pool with a sundowner. In and around the area we found stacks to keep us occupied, from early morning walks to shopping. With a good selection of restaurants nearby too. Once again thanks Adrian for the very short notice.

This is our 2nd time renting this home in Estero. We enjoyed everything about the rental. The gated community, private pool, peaceful view of a fountain, and clean neighborhood to go for early morning and late evening walks. Prime location close to Miramar Outlet Mall, I-75, and easy access to many cities such as Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. Sorry to go back home. Can't wait to come again.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this house (2,5 weeks). Great location to visit places of interest such as Naples and great golf courses. We were two couples, and there is plenty of privacy. By the way: there is a third bedroom. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed very much the pool, as well as the sun....

This beautiful villa is located close to great golf facilities (like Stoneybrook & Old Corkscrew) and only 5 minutes from Miromar Outlet. Inside the community our teenagers found gym, pool and a basket court. The house had everything you need so our vacation was close to perfect.

Having visited Fort Myers several times in the past to visit friends, we decided that wanted a location closer to Naples with good access to the beach resorts of Bonita and Sanibal. This villa was perfect, as it was located less than five minutes from the main transport routes of the area. An ideal spot to explore the South West region of Florida. There is great shopping and dining close by in Estero and Bonita Springs, with Naples and Fort Myers only a twenty minute drive away. Being in a small gated community, with the pool overlooking a lake also gave a great sense of well being. The villa was an ideal size for the four of us and well presented, with an eye to quality. We all felt very relaxed from the moment we arrived. Watching live English premiership football in the morning was an added bonus. The communication from Adrian prior to our stay had been excellent and everything aspect of our visit exceeded our expectation. Should we visit the area again, I would certainly consider staying here again.
