The apartment is a delightfully furnished flat with modern furnishings and equipment. It has been fully renovated designed for a comfortable stay. It offers a living and dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The living area is furnished with a generous seating, a wide flat-screen television, and a dining table. In addition, the open-plan kitchen has a four-zone cooker with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double beds, and two single beds. The sitting room sofa converts to a double bed.

In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink with wall mirror, and toilet.

A washing machine and dishwasher are included, sufficient linen and towels are provided and also the reliable WiFi is offered free of charge to your apartment.

The large glass doors in the living area open onto a balcony where one can enjoy the city view whilst sipping a coffee or a drink.

Flat screen TV and WiFi are included.

This apartment is in a perfect sea holiday-location within walking distance from the long sandy beach in front of the town of Estepona, along the sunny Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga.

The apartment is located in just about 350 meters from the long sandy beach and right in the the centre of the town Estepona with a wide variety of shops and supermarkets, a good selection of cafes, restaurants and entertainment.

Estepona offers a wide range of entertainment for the whole family, including the Orchadium, the Selwoo animal park, the nature reserve of the Sierra Bermeja with its highest peak of Los Reales at 1495Mtrs.

Street parking is available free in all the neighbourhood. Secure paid underground public parking available 20 mtrs from the flat. € 1 for 12 hrs during the day, € 2 for 12 hrs during the night. No reservation required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
