The dining area has a large wooden table for six. It is placed next to the pass through kitchen, so if you prefer to dine indoors you have all the accessories needed. The master bedroom has wide glass gliding doors that enable you to exit to the terrace and enjoy the sea views. The two single beds are joined. You have nightstands with lamps with shades, elegant wooden chest of drawers, large wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is elegant, covered in marble tiles. It has a bathtub with shower, double sink, bidet and toilet. The bathroom has also natural light. The guest bedroom has two single beds, nightstands and lamps with shades and large wardrobes. The window opens to the urbanization and its exotic vegetation in manicured gardens. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, nightstands and lamps. The view is pleasant allowing you to enjoy the lavishing vegetation. The two guest bedrooms share the family bathroom that is fitted with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and a window that allows natural light to come in. The nearest shopping area is at 5km from the apartment, Diana Center. Here you can find small local shops, bakery, butchery, vegetable shop, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 17min (18km) drive from the property.

~ Activities

There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Menara Beach urbanization. If you like to workout you can attend the gym inside the urbanization. The urbanization is enabled with an indoor pool and sauna. If you want to find out more about the history of this area you have to visit the Torre Vigia Guadalmansa, at only 250m from the apartment. This is a tower built around the tenth century and rebuilt in the sixteenth century. Aparently it was one of the many towers built along the coast to combat pirate landings. Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 18 minutes drive.

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people.
