Situated only five minutes drive from Estepona, at the foot of mountain Bermeja. Finca Inspira offers 4 hectares of land with 4 newly built and spacious houses for rent with all amenities, private pools and gardens, outstanding orchard and a wonderful view of the valley & the Mediterranean. The houses for rental at the property is listed separately named House: (2+3 are from 2018 rented together),4 or 5.

Finca 2 and Finca 3 are adjacent, which is perfect if you are a larger family or group of people who want to stay close and spend a wonderful time together but still retain a certain degree of privacy when needed.

The newly refurbished House 2 has a private garden of fruit trees and flowers, shaded and generous terraces with dining area and BBQ /outdoor kitchen, right next to the large private pool with sun deck. The house has an open-plan lounge that’s offer a bright and roomy accommodation with one separate area of cosy sofas, coffee table, sideboard and a fireplace combined a dining area at the side of the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The house has two large separate bedrooms, with two beds each, and one shared, spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The newly built Finca 3 is nestled in a private garden with fruit trees, flowers and herbs and has a large shaded terrace with patio furniture. The house has an open floor plan with a bright and spacious living room with a separate portion of cozy sofas, coffee table, sideboard and a fireplace in combination with a dining area. The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and can be shared by a folding screen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. House 3 can accommodate up to 3 guests.

This can be the perfect solution for travel companions and / or larger families who want to stay close and spend time together but still want to maintain a certain degree of privacy. House 2 + 3 can together accommodate 7 guests

House 2 is newly refurbished house and has a private garden of fruit trees and flowers, a large private pool with sundeck and generous terraces with big barbecue/outdoor kitchen and dining area - which in combination offers the most enjoyable and relaxing life outdoor, day as evening.

Indoor, the house has an open-plan lounge that’s offer a bright and roomy accommodation with one separate area of cosy sofas; sideboards and fireplace combined with a dining area that is next to the roomy, modern and fully equipped kitchen. The house has two separate bedrooms, with two beds in each, and one shared and spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The house can accommodate 1-4 persons

The finca has 4 acres of outstanding orchard & garden it grows lemons, avocados, oranges and amounts of fruits and vegetables - all taken care of by our caretaker and gardener Pepe. The water comes directly from the rock source and gives a wonderful drinking water. The finca also offers a wine cellar with the ability to accommodate our guests. Finca Inspira is situated only five minutes drive from Estepona, with it's amazing and cosy old town, its port and the award winning beaches La Rada and El Cristo. And it's located only 15 minutes drive by car from Marbella.

“Wonderful villa, fabulous setting, perfect for a relaxing family holiday!”

We have just arrived home from an amazing 11 days at Finca Inspira House 2 - what a wonderfully relaxing holiday we have had. The villa is beautiful with a great-sized pool for our two children to spend hours playing in. We all enjoyed the hot sunshine and the cooling, mountain breeze - and particularly the air-conditioned villa! The beds were all very comfy and the open plan kitchen / lounge area really great for relaxing after a hectic day sunbathing and reading! The adventure up the hill to the villa is one we'll always remember - the views from the poolside are glorious. There are other villas on the site but we had total privacy to enjoy ourselves, collecting lemons and mangoes from the trees around the villa was a real treat. We ventured out into Estepona (a short drive away) for meals and shopping. There are loads of really good restaurants in easy driving distance and a huge supermarket to stock up. We had BBQs and ate on the terrace. Anna was a wonderful host, nothing was too much and she ensured our every need was met - Thank you! We are already looking forward to returning again soon!

We spend our holiday in this house at Finca Inspira, my son and and we’ve had the most wonderful time. The house and its surroundings had everything we expected and more. The house is fantastic and comfortable and the enormous garden of the finca is marvellous, with all its lemon, orange and avocado threes and its overview. The pool is fantastic and so is the terrace with the outdoor kitchen. Anna is a fantastic host, super helpful with lots of advices and tips on local stuff to do and were to go and what to visit. We really had the best, restful, fun and lovely three weeks holiday here, and will surely come back soon.

How do damage deposits work?
