This 3 bedroom townhouse has everything you need in a holiday home. Located in a gated beachside development with the terrace overlooking the beautiful communal gardens and pool. This is the perfect holiday home for a group of friends and families! The community is owned mostly by expats meaning that it is quiet and offers holiday makers a unique serene atmosphere!

There is plenty to do in the community - There is a beautiful hotel nearby (Villacana - few mins walk). The gated community includes 3 restaurants, a supermarket and you will have access to a tennis court. There is also a beach club for kids. It is very quiet area with a low density, walking distance to a pristine beach.

The house is easy to get to, just off the main road from Marbella to Estepona, 8-10 minutes drive to world renowned Puerto Banus. The typical breathtaking andalucian villages of Benahavis, Istan, Caceres, ... are all at 30-45mins drive and the historic Ronda village, one of the main touristic attraction of andalucia is only 1h scenic drive! There are a number of golf courses a short driving distance away.

The area has won many awards over the last 10 years for its cleanliness and beautiful kept gardens/walkways (twice top 10 in the costa del sol). It has just appeared in the place in the sun magazine! In short, the perfect location!

The Townhouse is a spacious (185 m square built-in area, excluding terraces!), bright self-catering. Located between Marbella and Estepona.This property is well equipped and distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and access from there directly into the house. On this level there is a light and airy double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with doors to the lower terrace and pool area.

Upstairs to the spacious living room/dining area with an open fireplace for the winter months and a fully fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher) with all appliances and a small terrace for drying clothes/storage.

Double doors lead from the living room to the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and with views to the pool area. Upstairs is the second double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with its own small private terrace with pool views.

There is a free wifi access in the house and 180 international TV Channels. The gated area is very safe and secure, entrance for residents only (need a badge to get in, the gated remains closed at all time). There is a large parking area in the complex just outside the house.

Located a short drive from Marbella with its small squares and narrow side streets lined with white houses, with balconies full of multicoloured flowers typical of a Mediterranean village. Take a walk along the Paseo enjoying its sandy beaches, with "chiringuitos" serving traditional tapas.The Sierra Blanca mountain range can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.The beautiful port of La Duquesa is close by and has attractive promenades encircling the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes in which to while away the days. Two nights a week the port hosts a unique Crafts Market, popular with the local residents as well as visitors.

“Totally relaxing, as a holiday should be.”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetley come again. The house was everything we could have asked for. I will certainly be using the apartment again and we may even come more than once a year as it was that nice.

the situation of this house is very nice, close to the beach ( less than 100meters ) close to shops, Marbella, etc... House with 3 big bedrooms, everything was clean. Nice place to stay for sunny holidays in Spain! I stayed there with my 3 daughters and it was just wonderfull, my family was happy and we fully enjoyed our holidays. Thanks to the owner for the quality and prices :)

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spanish-style townhouse. The location was perfect, walking distance to a nice beach, a few mins drive from Puerto Banus and close to shops. It is ideally located inside a nice and quiet compound near a nice hotel. It is very easy to find, we got good directions from the agent who has an office just outside the compound, which makes it easy in case any help is required. The house was lovely, with large bedrooms, a direct access to a lovely pool from a large terrace and is well equipped (TV, DVD, fridge, towels, ...). We had a wonderful holiday in this very nice part of Spain and we will definitely return to that same house!
