This lovely townhouse is set on a small, peaceful complex amongst mature, tropical gardens. With the local shops only a 5 minute walk, and the beach a 15 minute walk, YOU DONT EVEN NEED A CAR. There is easy access to the main road on which Estepona is a 10 minute drive, or bus ride, to the west, and San Pedro a 5 minute drive to the east. The bus service goes in both directions regularly throughout the day. You can get the bus to Fuengirola, and then take a bus or train to Malaga airport and the city centre. The must visit towns of Puerto Banús and Marbella, with their designer shops and exclusive restaurants, are a ten minute drive away. Golfers have the Los Flamingos course practically on the doorstep, and beach lovers have only a 15 minute walk to be able to be able to dip their toes in the Mediterranean.The spacious lounge dining area leads out onto the terrace area, equipped for al fresco dining. On the ground level there is a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a cloakroom.
