Located between Marbella and Estepona on the southern tip of Spain known as the Costa del Sol. It is sometimes called the Costa del Golf because of the abundance of golf courses along its coast.

The area enjoys an enviable climate of mild winters and perfect sunny days throughout the summer. The excellent road system makes for easy travelling to and from Malaga Airport as well as Gibraltar Airport.

The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and many other amenities.

A modern apartment suitable for holidaymakers, golf trips and various activity events, ideally positioned within striking distance of the fashionable Marbella and being among several championship golf courses.

The nearest beach is just a 15 minute stroll and has sun beds, drinks and snack facilities.

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms both air conditioned and 2 bathrooms with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.

The air conditioned lounge / dining area has a 3seater and 2seater settee with dining table and seating

“Lovely Apartment”

Chris the owner is lovely & did ask for our honest feed back on our return which we thought was very good. We found the map a little hard to follow once we were in the area. On arrival to the complex we had to drive down a very steep single drive to access the garages, the problem was the fob that we had been supplied did not work which caused problems, as we were trying to reverse back up the steep drive to get out others were trying to drive down. No access to the garage meant that we then had to find disabled access to the complex as we couldn't use the lift. Chris did tell us where we could get another fob but we didn't know the area well enough. We parked the car opposite the complex in a public parking area & when this was full we parked on the street. The access to the property is a path on an incline, not very good when pushing a wheelchair or for the less mobile. On arrival to the actual apartment we were very pleased to see that this was fully security gated & access was via key or intercom. The apartment itself is on the ground floor & was lovely, very spacious & airy with good quality comfy furnishings. The patio area was also very spacious. The kitchen had more than needed for a self catering holiday, we were very impressed. Some of the items in the apartment & on the patio were damaged but these were reported to Chris so I imagine will get sorted. The apartment was quiet & we did not get disturbed by neighbours. We didn't use the pool area as again this was going up a steep incline so not easy to access with a wheelchair or someone with mobility problems which was a shame as we particularly liked the pictures of the pool as it had a long handrail with shallow steps. Beach access, the only way to the beach was over the main road (motorway) which was either steps or again a very steep slope, or take the car which we did but the be honest it was like a warren of roads & we could only find access after going down a long road down the side of a hotel where we couldn't park. I would definitely not say it is only 10-15 mins walk away. The pub across the road was very traditional Spanish but there are plenty of phrase books in the apartment to help you out. There was plenty of maps in the apartment & ideas of places to visit. A car is definitely essential but worth hiring as there are so many lovely areas to visit which are very close when driving. All in all we did have a very nice stay & my husband & I would return to this apartment as this was ideal for us.

I was pleased my client had a nice stay and can report that the remote fob for the garage and the patio furniture have been updated. Other additional benefits are being introduced and will be announced shortly.
