Our apartment is a very large one bedroom property right on the seafront by the port in Estepona on the Costa del Sol.

We have a large balcony with sea views, which is at it's sunniest in the afternoons.

The bedroom has two extra large single beds, which are more comfortable than our home bed, and the living room has two sofa beds.

There is a television, pay as you go air conditioning, all linen is provided, and the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need.

You can shower or bath in the bathroom, and there is also a bidet.

Outside, there are beautifully maintained gardens with two swimming pools, one waist high and one deep one.

There is rarely more than one or two people in the pool area at any time.

We also own our own parking space which is available to tenants. We are on the 7th (top) floor, which sounds high, but is in fact only 3 floors up from ground level as the building is built on a slope and you enter on the 3rd floor. There are two newly renovated lifts.

The beach is to the right of the building, as we overlook the port. It is a small cove which is shallow a long way out. There are two beach bars and lifeguards, showers and toilets.

The port has two sections, a fishing port and a leisure area with restaurants, bars and supermarket.

The centre of the town is a 10 minute walk along the seafront, where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Estepona is one of the most popular destinations for both tourists and foreign residents alike on the Costa del Sol, yet even today it still manages to retain it's old Andalusian charm. Located at the western end of the Costa del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains.

Estepona's cobbled narrow streets, fishing port, Spanish cafes and bars spilling out higgledy piggledy on the pavements, and the quaint shops and bodegas, all combine with the modern Puerto Deportivo (leisure port) and marina, the tourist facilities and golden sandy beaches, to make this a comfortable and interesting place to stay for holidaymakers.

For many years Estepona's main economic industries were fishing, agriculture and cattle, and even today, remain an important income for many in the area. Nevertheless for over a decade now tourism has become an important economic factor, due to the town's redevelopment, wonderful climate, well kept sandy beaches, such as La Rada and Cristo Beach, and an extraordinary touristic offer, which incorporates golf, a pleasure craft harbour, excellent dining options, and of course the development of urbanisations, apartments and villa complexes, which all in all makes Estepona the chosen city for thousands of tourists every year.
