The apartment is on the top floor of the popular Puerto Estepona apartments. It has great views directly out to sea and a large roof top garden, which is equipped for relaxation in the sun. There are two swimming pools, communal landscaped gardens and easy secure parking for a saloon car (something, which is near impossible to find during peak season)! The flat comprises of a lounge/dining room with television, Radio/CD/Cassette and DVD player (with a selection of films). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. One of the most common remarks we get from guests is 'how well equipped the apartment is'. The balcony has table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. The twin bedroom has bathroom opposite whilst the double room is en-suite. The roof top garden is exclusive to the apartment. It is equipped with sun loungers, a variety of plants, dining area and gas barbecue. This is accessed via external steps from the apartment.

The Costa del Sol ("Sunny Coast" or more literally, "Coast of the Sun") is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Province of Málaga. “Lovely”

This was a lovely and comfortable apartment very well equipped lovely modern bathrooms and great showers and always plenty of hot water my favorite was the roof terrace my own little retreat lovely padded sunloungers so peaceful there is also a gas bbq on roof which we used one evening when our friends came round my husband and son used the pool which was lovely and not that busy my only negative about it and its a tiny one was you were only allowed chairs and not loungers round the pool hence why I spent my time on roof terrace the apartment is a short walk to the port where there is some lovely restaurants and cafes and there is a supermarket across the road from apartment our own private parking space in the underground carpark was a plus too
