Located at EL PILAR between San Pedro & Estepona this lovely 2bed/2bath air-cond. /heated ground floor garden apartment with furnished South facing terrace commanding a centre view overlooking the pool and garden in gated community. close to all amenities 2-3 mins walk.We have glassed in part of the large terrace to create a garden room with fully opening glass curtains leading out onto the sun Terrace Dedicated private parking, also good local bus service all along the coast We have a very comfortable lounge dining room opening out into our South facing sunny terrace room enclosed for comfort during the winter months and fully opening onto the Sunny South facing terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs for that Al Fresco dining overlooking the pool.
We also offer free Wi Fi and 125 channels TV, with all UK staitons available.
The location is only a short distance from the famous port of Puerto Banus to be reached in about 12 minutes drive, or public transport. Glamorous and famous Marbella is only 15 minutes drive as are many well known beaches along the full length of the coast. Estepona is also only 7 kms drive and offers a quaint wander through its small quaint streets with cafe bars restaurants etc. the sandy beaches are great offering lots to do for children.
The apartment offer two bedrooms with air-cond. / heating and ceiling fans, two recently refurbished bathrooms. The master bedroom opens out on to the Sunny South facing terrace. The Guest bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. with raindrop shower.
The lounge opens out onto the the furnished terrace overlooking the pool and private enclosed gardens.
Sat TV, DVD, CD player are all added extras.
Dedicated private off road parking, and close proximity to shops bars, and restaurants, flat easy walking of as little as 2 minutes.
A short drive or bus ride to Spanish town of Estepona or San Pedro and all the white villages of this Andalucia area. distance approx. 7 klms.
