The Andalucia region
Estepona is a very pleasant traditional town 25 km west of Marbella, with a long seafront promenade. It features fishermen harbor and recreational/sport marina. Area is famous for its wide sandy beaches and atractions including dolphin watching, snorkeling, sailing.
Golf: The Costa Del Sol is also know as 'Costa Del Golf' .There is an abundance of different golf courses in the area -you may try a different course every day and not travel more than 30 min to do it. There is a huge range of courses to suit all abilities and of course some fantastic club houses, many of whom feature evening attractions.
The property is situated next to the five star Kempinsky Hotel with stunning restaurants and splendid Laguna Village with its day spa's and restaurants. All options starting from quiet sun bathing at the home beach almost alone up to the few different posh and classy beach clubs at Laguna Village are available within short and pleasant walk or just few minutes of drive.
House is located in a gated Garden Beach complex (urbanization) of merely 34 houses.
Estepona Garden Beach Urbanization is a quiet beautifully landscaped neighbourhood at the sea shore with its own access directly to the beach. Communal pool, children splash pool, gym and restaurant are also available for its guests.
Except for 'home' beach (Playa el Padron) accesible in just 4 min walk through our complex, there are many fancy options in the neighborhood: The elegant Puro Beach in Laguna Vilage (www.purobeach.com) is within walking distance or 3 min car drive.
Plenty of restaurants around - one within the area of urbanization.
Shopping for groceries is very convenient: supermarket Aldi is just 4 min drive and Careffour hypermarket is 6 min drive away (4 min on the way back).

"Lovely property near estepona town"
We stayed in this lovely property in a quiet residential complex near estepona for 10 days in July. The property was very spacious and comfortable. Very safe area for children locked gates to the facility both at the entrance and beach exit. Our youngest child is just 2 years old and thankfully can manage stairs but if you had younger children you would need to guard these. Mentioned the provision of stair gates to block entry upstairs and to basement to the owner who said he would consider providing these for families with younger children. Ideally you need a car I think to get in to the main town at night and for trips to the super market. Property was spotlessly clean and the bbq and jacuzzi on the top floor are wonderful additions. The pool is lovely also and there is a smaller kids pool. Local residents and neighbours are very friendly. Would recommend this property to families with children or a group of couples would equally enjoy this place.

"Lovely Holiday Home In Estepona!"
We had a lovely stay at this house. The house is very well equipped and comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect holiday, a real home from home. The owner always responded quickly to any emails and is very helpful. The property is clean and spacious and in a good location near the beach and Estepona town. It also has a choice of terraces and balconies to sunbath and relax on! Definitely a holiday home we would like to return to in the future!
