The property benefits fro 24 hr security. This property has underground secure parking. One is able to access the apartment without using stairs via a path located to the edge of the block. From the underground parking area, one must travel down 2/3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Via foot, one may access the apartment via a path. From the gardens (armed with your code for the gate),one is able to access the beach front,...and walk along the shore .

Estepona town , the nearest and largest town to the apartment is to the west of the Cost Del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains. Well known for it's 21 km of fantastic beaches, Estepona enjoys the Costa's all year round sun....and if you fancy a beach practically on your door step,....The apartment is situated approx 8 mins by car to El Cristo Beach. A lovely little beach to enjoy the sun and sand, and take a lovely lunch at the beaches chiringuito. Estepona town is to the west of the Cost Del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains. Well known for it's 21 km of fantastic beaches, Estepona enjoys the Costa's all year round sun.A fine array of restaurants and bars are to be found throughout the town and in the delightful port and harbour. The town remains unspoilt and retains its historic charm and the people are oh so warm and friendly. If you fancy travelling a little further afield for a days outing, Gibraltar makes for a great day out,...steeped in history and great for picking up all that Duty Free.. Ronda is simply beautiful, Fuengirola is bustling, Marbella and Puerto Banus (only 30 mins by car) for that designer shopping and celebrity spotting. Horse riding, Quad biking, dolphin watching, guided walks and private boat charters are only a few of the countless adventures to be had...and don't forget to catch a bull fight.Every Sunday, Estepona port hosts its market.The shopping is great fun, and please don't forget to bargain..The Famous Spanish Fiesta are a feast for the senses, there are over 3,000 celebrated in Andalucia alone, so there always seems to be one going on ,and foreigners are always welcome to join in the celebrations. “A lovely place to relax and enjoy.”

Spotlessly presented. A very comfy light and spacious apartment. Well appointed on the ground floor over looking the beach. Quiet despite being close to busy main road. A car is definitely required. Shops are 5 minutes away. There are a couple of beach bars within 15 minutes walk. Good secure car parking. Not a good place to stay if you are in any way handicapped. Sleeps 4 easily with two separate bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Very good well maintained swimming pool and gardens.
