The apartment has beige marble floors throughout, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cooker and hob, individual air conditioning and heating in each room, each bedroom has access to the terrace from the large patio doors.

Please note that UK TV channels and internet are provided directly through the Urbanisation Management company at no extra charge but internet in Spain is erratic and unpredictable and download speeds are extremely slow.

The development boasts 5 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, children's play park, 5 aside football pitch, basketball hoops, 7 pools one of which is heated, gym and sauna and a lovely restaurant on the beach front of the development which is open from Easter to the end of September each year. You can also walk to the main supermarket within 10 minutes and the town centre within 25 minutes.

The Andalucia region

Estepona is fast becoming one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol. Its golden sandy beaches, wonderful marina, eight golf courses, seven museums, Orchid House and interesting sights make it an attractive choice for holidaymakers. Visitors to Estepona can enjoy the beaches and restaurants, the beautiful old town with its cobbled streets and colourful flower displays, murals and poetry walks.


Estepona is ideally situated to visit all the attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer from golfing to beach holidays, family to clubbing holidays. For the children there are a variety of places - Funny Beach, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, the Aquaparks in Mijas and Torremolinos and Tivoli World Amusement Park in Benalmadena. For others who prefer sightseeing Gibraltar is 45 minutes by car, the mountain town of Ronda and the lovely village of Mijas are just 60 minutes. The spectacular town of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski area are also within a couple of hours drive.

Estepona has an excellent beach and promenade and a stroll round the old town is a definite “must”. A local market is held every Wednesday on the outskirts of town and a local artisans market takes place in Estepona Port on a Sunday morning.
