This two bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and provides all the mod cons for comfortable living! The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona Port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with a selection of British channels 1,2,3,4 and 5, a video recorder and a hi-fi system. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol ("Sunny Coast" or more literally, "Coast of the Sun") is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Province of Málaga. The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known costas: Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown.<br /><br />It includes the city of Málaga and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Casares, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox. The Costa del Sol extends from the cliffs at Maro in the East to Punto Chullera in the west. Estepona Puerto/Marina

Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona's income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it's original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

This holiday apartment is excellent, clean,spacious, and has everything you require for an apartment accommodation. Also the location is very good and is close to the port and beach ,
