The apartment is extremely spacious so you'll have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your family time together and when night falls, you can tuck the kids up in bed and claim the evening for yourselves knowing they're sleeping safe and sound whilst you relax on the terrace.

The terrace is directly overlooking the beach enabling you to take in the breathtaking views of the coast including Gibraltar, North Africa as well as the amazing sunsets across the bay. The apartment benefits from air conditioning throughout and also window blinds to ensure you keep your cool even on the hottest days. Heating for the winter period is also provided, all at no extra cost.

The apartment has been furnished and equipped as a holiday home from home rather than a "rental unit" and so you should have all you need to enjoy your short break or long term stay. It has also recently been refurbished throughout to an exceedingly high standard including all new linen and towels.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. Whether it's just somewhere to make tea & toast in the morning or creating mouth-watering meals, cooked with the freshest ingredients from the local markets, your own kitchen is invaluable. Or choose to escape the cooking completely and enjoy regional delicacies in the best local cafe bars and restaurants.

Estepona Marina with the local shops, tapas bars and restaurants is within an easy five minute walk and the beautiful, traditional white walled Estepona old town is also on the doorstep.

Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful, unspoilt and typically Spanish areas of the Costa del Sol. A truly wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

Getting around

Loads to see and do within easy walking distance, but also on the local bus route if you want to go farther afield. Gibraltar, Marbella and Malaga are all within 1 hour on the direct bus services. If you have a car then Casares, Ronda, Gaucin and Cadiz are well worth a trip. Also, why not try a trip to the Atlantic coast, we would definitely recommend a trip to Tarifa, Bolonia or Zahara de los Atunes for gorgeous golden sands and more waves than you get in Estepona.

We had a fab 2 weeks at this apartment. The views was stunning and location was superb as so close to cristo beach and the harbour with all its lovely restaurants which are so chilled and upmarket without being poncey! 20min walk to the old town which is fab as well but we really liked chilling out on the apartments lovely patio. Prompt emails/responses from Andy the owner and so we definately would like to come back again sometime soon.

Just returned from a very happy 10 days at this apartment. The apartment is lovely and is totally as described in the details. Booking was made an absolute pleasure by Andy, with quick responses to any questions. Wifi an absolute godsend with two teenage daughters! Everything we needed for a lovely family holiday. Estepona well worth a visit with a fab market on Wednesdays. The beach is a two minute walk from the apartment, beach beds outside the Havana bar are 15 euros for two beds plus umbrella but if you just walk two more minutes along the beach the sun beds are 5 euros each. Thank you Andy we had a great time, and will recommend your apartment to others. Also thank you Sue for making us so welcome on our arrival, we very much appreciated the complimentary goodies. Great holiday, Happy family. We may be back again soon!

“Great Location and Stay”

We just completed a short one week stay at this property. First of all I would like to thank Andy for the great communication throughout the entire process from first contact right through the end of our stay. He was in contact frequently and answered all our questions as well as providing some great information to help us plan our stay and activities. The property itself is exactly as presented, it is right next to the beach and very close to the harbour with all of it's restaurants and shops. It is also just a short walk from the main boardwalk along the waterfront of Estepona. The property is secure and very clean, the terrace is great for morning beverages or for catching some afternoon sun during siesta time. The apartment is well stocked with all of the essentials including a kettle and teapot which IS essential. The beach is just steps away and it is a beautiful sandy beach with a well protected swimming area. Estepona id a great smallish town that is central to all of the activities and excursions we wanted to do....two I would definitely recommend is a day at Gibraltar and doing the Caminito Del Rey. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

“Absolutely first rate!”

We’ve just returned from a 5 week break in this wonderful apartment andhad such an amazing time. Never having been to this part of Spain before we were a little nervous at staying for such a long period of time but the booking process was simple and Andy gave us loads of information on the area so we were well prepared. We were met upon arrival by Sue and she was so welcoming that we felt immediately at home. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. All the fixtures and fittings were in good order, with fast internet and even UK TV, which included the sports channels! There were so many little touches that make the difference between an average stay and something much better and this apartment seemed to have the lot. The large terrace was lovely with the superb weather we had. There is a large patio sofa and armchair, dining table and loungers and of course an umbrella to shade from the sun. When we weren’t out and about we spent many evenings on the terrace watching the world go by. The kitchen, whilst compact had everything we needed for homecooking and the Marina is only a easy 10 minute walk away with loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Again, Andy provided some suggestions and we weren’t disappointed! The two nearby beach front restaurants weren’t open in early March as one was being refurbished, but the second opened towards the end of March and as beachfront bar / restaurants on your doorstep go (literally 100 yards from the apartment) it was fantastic. A leisurely evening meal with drinks whilst watching the setting sun…..bliss! The town centre is a minute walk past the Marina and has even more bars and restaurants to choose from as well some high street shops. We had a superb time in Estepona and if we do decide to visit again, there is no other choice for us on where to stay. This apartment had it all for us. “Superb Apartment”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina Bay. The apartment is five star in its location and its overall quality. It is located very close to the beautiful El Cristo beach and having direct acces to it through the back of the complex meant we were on the beach within minutes. It is also very close to the port and a short walk along the promenade to the old town and other restaurants. The apartment itself more than lived up to our expectations. It is bright and spacious and the high quality and standard of the furnishings made it feel like home from home. Every attention to detail had been given. Sue, who met us when we arrived was very helpful giving us all the extra information we needed. Thank you also for stocking the fridge with essentials which were much appreciated on our arrival. The terrace, with its lovely sea view was one of the things which attracted us to the apartment. It was lovely to eat outside or have a drink with such a great view. We would certainly recommend this apartment and are thinking of returning ourselves next year. Thanks Andy and Beata

“Fabulous terrace and what a view!”

We stayed in Andy's lovely apartment for a week in June 2018 and were absolutely delighted with our choice. We booked the apt a long time ago and Andy was so helpful throughout. He gave us great restaurant tips advice and tips about the local area. The apartment is really comfortable and spotless. It had excellent strong and fast wifi both in the apartment and on the terrace. The TV had all the UK channels, even Sky Sports!!! The bedrooms are not big, but the double bed in the master bedroom was just so comfortable. The aircon worked well and we slept soundly each night. We didn't hear any restaurant noise at all and the noise from the road didn't bother us at all. Cristo beach was a bit of a building site, but we actually preferred the wide expanse of La Rada beach. It was about a 15 minute walk to the first Chiringuito and a really pleasant stroll, especially if you wander through the port area. This was our first visit to Estepona and we can't wait to go back. It is such a lovely city. We particularly liked the old town which was about a 40 minute stroll from the apartment. Sometimes we walked through the little streets back from the beach. Other times we took the amazing flower filled promenade. We walked most of the time and took a taxi back ( ranged from €5.58 to €8.00 depending on time of day or night). We had a car and really appreciated that the apt has very secure underground parking. We had planned to do day trips, but the apt was so well located and there was so much to do in the local area that we didn't move for the week. Next time, we will hopefully explore more. This is a great apartment. For us it was all about that magnificent terrace. It is huge and has a really wonderful view. It gets sun from early to late afternoon and because it's so big you always have a choice of sun or shade. Andy has provided a large sun umbrella too. The furniture was comfortable too with lots of cushions. Andy plans to do some renovations to the terrace shortly and then no doubt it will be better than 5 star! “Lovely stay”

Very nice apartment ideally positioned for the port and all its bars and restaurants, the terrace is the best part, roomy and a real suntrap, everything you need is thoughtfully provided including a welcome pack of necessities including wine!!!. Thank you for the use of the apartment.

Great location for local attractions and also for visiting further away locations such as Seville and Ronda. Excellently equiped appartment with everything you could need and more, beautifully clean and spacious. Occasional noise from the resteraunt below.

“Great Location”

The apartment was exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. It has everything you could possibly need for a holiday and more. The patio is fabulous. Really large and plenty of room for lounging with a glass of wine or dining. Unfortunately the weather was pretty miserable when we were there so sadly we didn't get to use it. The location is ideal. It's close to and an easy walk to the marina where there are lots of places to dine and people watch and a lovely walk along the sea front to the old town which is about 20 minutes or so away. The old town is really pretty and definitely worth a visit. Marina Bay is a really comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay.

“Lovely situation close to Estepona marina and lovely beaches”

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment equipped with everything that you could need - so there is no stocking up on supplies as soon as you get there like other self catering. We loved exploring Estepona old town which is one of the prettiest places I’ve been. It is a healthy 20 mins walk from the apartment so if we didn’t feel like a long walk to get dinner we would enjoy going to restaurants at the marina which is only a few mins away. There are 2 nearby beaches and we watched a couple of beautiful sunrises from the beach. We were there over Easter but Estepona was nicely quiet and didn’t feel too touristy. Andy communicated very efficiently throughout.
