Located within a private community with a 9 hole golf course, this development is located at a short distance to Estepona town centre and the beach.The Stylish modern spacious second floor apartment providing WiFi /Broadband with lots of popular English and Spanish speaking TV channels for entertainment.This large and spacious apartment has been built to a very high standard with luxury finishing's, including marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen, travertine marble bathrooms with under-floor heating, air-conditioning etc located between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona, which are both only a few minutes away by car or Taxi. The apartment location consists of everything you possibly require for a great holiday. The apartment is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport.The apartment has beautiful sea and mountain views over looking the beautifully maintained La Resina Golf Course and Country Club, which is easily accessible few minutes walk away.The apartment also has spectacular views over looking the Sewlo Nature Safari Park which is highly recommended for a visit for an adventurous and enjoyable day out. The apartment is located in a beautiful complex with breathtaking scenery. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
