From the owner

Dar Darek, our typical house is located in the heart of the ancient walled medina and at 5 minutes by foot from the beach. Set at 3 minutes walking from a main entrance wall door and a watched car park it is easy to find. Surrounded by typical little grocery shops, kind of ali baba caverns, public baker's oven, hamman... you will experiment a true taste of Moroccan life.
With 4 rooms (each of them with their own bathroom and toilets) it can accomodate 8 guests. It is very well decorated with typical material and is very confortable. Every piece of furniture has been made by local craftmen or bought in the flea market and renovated by the owners.
On the ground floor is the patio with the familly big table, the very well fitted kitchen and lounge with big TV set. Wifi is available in the whole house, from the patio to the roof terrace.
On the first and second floors are the bedrooms (2 double suites and 2 twin bedrooms)
On the third floor is the roof terrace which is sheltered from the wind and very calm. You can enjoy the sun without being seen by anybody.
The housemaid, Kamar, will be present at your arrival at home and then every morning to prepare delicious breakfasts for you and to do housework. She will be very helpful to make your stay easy and unforgettable. She can speak english and french.

Why can't I call Pascale (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascale (the owner) a message.

If Pascale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
