The South West Coast Path, offering some of the finest walks in the country and spectacular views is also close by. The Tarka Trail, which offers off-road walking and cycling is nearby. In addition, North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops, explore The National Trust property of Arlington Court and the pretty fishing

Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Outside: small raised lawn area for exclusive use of occupants of the property with garden furniture. Amenities: Allocated car-port for one small car plus additional off-road parking within the private car park of the building. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: lockable garage housing the tumble dryer and is ideal for storing bikes, surfing gear, walking boots etc. Please note access to the car port is via a steep slope. Location: beach and selection of pubs and shops within walking distance.
